We are going through times in which the world economies are too unstable. Many people have lost their jobs or are homeless. There is widespread chaos due to speculation about the inflation that may occur in many countries and people begin to lose faith in their governments. They no longer find protection from their government and insecurity has become commonplace in the streets.
The truth is that we should not lose ourselves as Christians. Our Faith will be our guide whenever we remain in it. Those who are having a good time and have plenty will be in charge of assisting those who need it most. Those who have known how to be cautious and thrifty, will have what they need for their sustenance and should be kind to those who have been irreverent, because God will teach them and will use them as an example. We must treat each other with respect and take care of each other among brethren, those who enjoy good health should travel the cold streets in winter to provide food for the homeless. Only in communion with our neighbor will we form better, more just, and equitable societies, more loving and compassionate. Only with our Heavenly Father will we become better Christians and better humans.
