1 - READ THE WORD
When we are offset
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect."

2 - Reflect
We may get up one of these days and feel that we are offset from everything. In jobs that do not make us happy, in relationships in which we are petty and selfish and only prioritize ourselves, having friendships our of convenience, or being sad for no reason. We will not always be clear on what we must do or what is happening to us. The rhythm of life that is imposed on us from industrialized societies and with the growth in technology, may sometimes make us feel as if we have been expelled, like if we do not adapt then we need to be on the outside.
Losing our footing once in a while is because we are not dedicating enough time to God. Because speaking to Him daily will help us understand we are parte of something greater, that we have to keep our composure and remain balance in faith in order to avoid feeling that the rhythm of life is shredding our peace. Our Heavenly Father will give us His peace and advice when we are lost and overwhelmed over different situations. Whenever we go to Him we will find peace in order to visualize the scenery in another way. Away from the Lord everything will seem terrible and enlarged, when it is actually small obstacles meant to make us evolve in our faith.
