2 - Reflect
There are times in which we remain estranged from our faith, whether it is due to scheduling or exhaustion, we are unable to connect with God the Father and hold deep conversations with Him. We also become estranged from our families and those we care about just because we believe we do not have time for them. That may cause us feelings of sadness and guilt, because we notice that the fault lies in us and not putting forth enough effort.
We will feel relief as long as we are in contact with our Father, in a sincere and meditative way. Availing ourselves to speak with our Heavenly Father in a sincere manner about what is going on with us, will shorten that distance we have created with Him. we must evaluate how we are behaving and what we are placing our energy and attention into in order to be able to adjust it. Start adopting habits that are beneficial for us and those around us, and avoid bad behaviors by doing so. We can achieve it all with the Lord's help, spending quality time and treasuring those who are beside us will the key to focusing on what matters. We will heal all we have damaged a little at a time, and our relationship with God the Father will return to being what it was.
