2 - Reflect
God can speak to us in many ways when we are not refusing to hear Him. His voice can take shape through council, a lesson, or just words of encouragement whenever we want to give up. Listening carefully depends only on us, on our commitment as Christians. Always dedicating a few minutes of our day to talking to God the Father is what will free us from our burdens and give us peace of mind.
We are used to ignoring the messages from our Lord, of not heeding His warnings whenever He sends them, and of silencing those thoughts that perhaps show that something is not right on our paths. When that happens we are breaking from the true spirit, from the thing that will allow us to have fuller lives. Because of distrust or lack of interest, we set aside the things that warns us that a change must happen along our path as devoted children. Our daily rhythms often silence the desire to meditate in silence, or sit in Church to meditate. We must raise our own spirit and make room for God and moreover, for His calling. We know for sure that He will always be there to talk with us.
