1 - READ THE WORD
Obsessing on the issue
“Therefore, my beloved, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord, because you know that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”

2 - Reflect
We often mull over an issue to keep from solving it. Because of fear or reluctance, we consider all the options we have to get rid of, without committing to solving the problem. Perhaps because we think it is much more complex than it seems, we may postpone it and make excuses because we think we can go back to it later. The truth is that if we take a moment of clarity and truly think about how to make it simpler, we will more than likely discover that it was something minimal and the time we spent in analyzing it and being confused about it was greater than what it really took us to deal with it.
It is always more fruitful to take care of something than to worry about it, with worry or continually thinking about a task we not will achieve anything other than frustration. Talk to God about what worries you in a very good solution so you may face your problems. The Lord will give us the peace of mind and perspective we need on the matter when we figure out where to begin. Trusting our capacity for analysis is important, but trusting that Our Father will give us the right tools to reach the best possible solution is also important.
