1 - READ THE WORD
When we do not trust
"Blessed are those who trust in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. They shall be like a tree planted by water, sending out its roots by the stream. It shall not fear when heat comes, and its leaves shall stay green; in the year of drought it is not anxious, and it does not cease to bear fruit."
Jeremiah 17:7-8

2 - Reflect
How many times have we doubted ourselves? That fear that summons us from deep down when we begin to have second thoughts about situations and it often stops us. It keeps us from moving forward, from carrying out our projects, or from venturing to do new things. This happens on rare occasions when we do not have faith. It is not only our belief in the Lord, but also the faith we place in ourselves as people and as Christians.
It is difficult for us to recognize our value when we find ourselves lost, or simply, when we are not true to our own convictions. We may relapse into bad habits or into the worst of them: devaluing our time. Assuming responsibilities that we should not assume, staying every day after hours at work, fulfilling untimely commitments. When we take a break to reflect on that then we will realize that something has not been working. Our limits must also be accurate, knowing how far we can go will also give us the strength we need to get closer to those places where we really want to be. God will guide us in that process, but we will have to be willing and also make "time" for Him.
