Shelter from our fears
"This God—his way is perfect; the promise of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him."

2 - Reflect
Giving room to our fears and what they have come to show us will not always be a simple task. To contain ourselves and to be able to pass through those moments of uncertainty is possible if we retain some courage. Let them transform us, make us cry out and despair, let them become energy to transform us as Christians, as brothers, as people. We are used to turning our backs on our fears, leaving them trapped within our voices, pretend that something does not provoke an unpleasant sensation within us. Being confused or adrift is often reproached and rejected by those around us. Not having answers seems to not be the way out while others are watching us.
When we do not know what to do or how to react it is important that we ask God. What would the Lord do in our shoes? Let's ask Him for advice, ask Him for guidance and love, ask Him for answers. Our Father will give us peace and refuge, He will heal us and take away our silence. Not the silence of reflection, but the silence of not sharing what is happening to us and that disturbs us. Closing ourselves off and isolating ourselves in our sorrow will not benefit us or allow us to evolve. Surrender to God when we no longer know how to continue, trust in Him and in His care.
