1 - READ THE WORD
A Vision of Eternal Life
He builds his lofty palace in the heavens and sets its foundation on the earth; he calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land— the Lord is his name.

2 - Reflect
Spreading the word of Christ is a unique and very enriching experience. It constantly makes us question notions that we thought were well planted in our hearts, challenging our Faith and testing us all the time.
Personally, when teaching the word of Christ, I prefer to do it with the little ones, owners of a pure imagination that we over the years have left a little behind.
I particularly have in mind last week's class, where we approached the subject of paradise. The children gave their particular vision of God's promise of eternal life.
Some spoke of lush trees laden with various tasty fruits, with different and colorful birds perched on each of their branches, living in perfect harmony; others spoke of places embraced by the most perfect nature, with green pastures and the scent of wild flowers wafting in the air.
Each one had their own vision according to their tastes, their mental representation of what gives them pleasure.
That left me thinking about how we adults see paradise, and I personally believe that my idea is the reunion with God and with all those we love, no matter how much the place looks like, the beauty of the environment is drawn by itself with the presence of those we love.
