Staying united
“I appeal to you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree and that there be no dissensions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.”

How valuable is it that we remain united as brothers in these difficult times. In these times when the will of an individual seems to be the only thing that matters. Where selfishness and lack of solidarity are the attitudes that prevail, we must find comfort in the Lord. Fights and grudges last longer than normal and stretch out for months and even years, separating us from our brothers for not understanding the other's ideas. Entire families divided by misunderstandings, friendships that are broken for lack of respect or loves that are undone by intolerance.
Our God will know how to protect us and guide us to paths where we will live in communion. Staying together and with a deep understanding of our parts as the children of the Lord will be what frees us from any bondage and protects us from all evil. Find true peace and a sincere way of bonding in God. Pondering every day on how we live our lives, and asking God to let us be better and better Christians. Being open to dialogue between us when we can not reach common ground or when we simply do not understand the ideas proposed others, will give us a great scope to continue forming a better society. Do not focus on the differences but rather, take them as a starting point to understand in a more complete way those around us.
