2 - Reflect
Some of us have abandoned the habit of going to church because of an endless number of different excuses: we do not have time, it is far from home, or I can not have a moment alone, among others. The truth is that approaching the God's home will always be well rewarded by Our Father. We can keep small times within our week to make a stop at the Church before returning home. Take a few minutes to explore the time, immerse ourselves in a deep reflection, and be without distractions.

Speaking with God, opening our hearts, being able to confess our sins, and receiving divine forgiveness. Silently visualize our mistakes but also ingratiate ourselves with our good deeds. Telling our Heavenly Father what overwhelms us or what makes us happy and given to reflection. To predispose ourselves to God's command, to His call even when we believe that there is no room to do so. It feels different to be able to pray in the Church rather than in our homes, and it is important that we also maintain the habit of going to Mass. Even when we are going through a difficult time, we must talk with Our Father about what happens to us and where better to do it than in His own home. Also, we can have the time to interact with our brothers, listen to them, and also evaluate how we can help them.
