2 - Reflect
Many times we dismiss our desires from the start. This is because we believe that we can never achieve them or we give room to others to comment on the issue. "He will not be able to achieve that." "It's very expensive and his family is very humble." "He always wants to reach higher than he can." The reality is that listening to these phrases can scare us and even make us no longer consider going for that dream. Thinking we are helpless in our own fate, believing that we can never advance in a certain situation will move us away from our desires.
We will be able to do everything with the help of Our Lord, since whatever the conditions in the home we grew up in does not matter, nor what materials we have available, if our faith is strong enough we can achieve everything we set out to do. Whether it's starting new studies, pursuing a new dream, making a trip we've wanted all our lives.
God will open doors for that to happen if we do not let ourselves be overcome by our own fears and open our hearts to receive that divine grace. Not lowering our arms in the process will be the key and God will be in charge of shedding light on our choices.
We will be able to do everything with the help of Our Lord, since whatever the conditions in the home we grew up in does not matter, nor what materials we have available, if our faith is strong enough we can achieve everything we set out to do.
