2 - Reflect
When we have had a bad day it is normal that we unload our frustration with those who have had nothing to do with it. We go home confused, or we meet for dinner with friends carrying our heavy day. It may happen on those occasions that we start arguments in vain, we get irritated easily, or we do not share anything to try to avoid continuing with that regret. What happens is that if we do not take time to reflect on what we have experienced during the day, it will result in anger towards those around us.
Negativity is dangerous when we can not externalize it and transform it into learning, and that will only happen when we enter into a deep conversation with our Lord. To find peace, we can have a few minutes to think about what we have to experience and understand what happened to us in a better way. In the word of God the Father we will find the answers to conducting ourselves in a correct manner when facing the events that present us with annoyances or problems.
Sharing what we experience in the form of discomfort towards our brothers will not be adequate and we will be spreading what hurt us in the first place. Be aware of what we take from those experiences and not feel upset about having gone through them.
