Heavy burdens
“Ever since the creation of the world his eternal power and divine nature, invisible though they are, have been understood and seen through the things he has made. So they are without excuse;”

2 - Reflect
While unstable and tense we often try to take care of issues that are not necessarily our own. We acquire responsibilities for third parties because we think that they will otherwise no be able to stand alone. This require a lot of thought and clarity on our part, in order to truly consider what our obligations are and which obligations belong to others. We cannot carry the burden of all choices just because our brethren cannot deal with them.
When we lose focus and merge our paths with that of our loved ones, we may also lose sight of our own needs and goals. Only God will witness the things we give up to help others find their own answers and care. The Lord will be with us to give us encouragement when we are tired, when our burdens are too heavy to carry. It is important to remain in constant contact with our Heavenly Father, in order to receive His protection and have His guidance through adverse situations. God is the one who gives us the tools we need in order to heal and to help others do so, so that we may both learn valuable lessons from it.
