Can we know God?

Living a life of faith in Christ as our personal Savior will bring all of us believers to a clearer and higher concept of our God. We have eternal life as a reward , which will be given to all who obey the two great principles of God's law: love of God and man ... Obedience to these commandments is the only evidence in man that he has a genuine knowledge of God. We show love to God when our love is focused on the people for whom God also died.


While He was covered by the pillar of cloud, Christ gave instructions about this love. Distinctly and clearly He presented the principles of heaven as rules to be observed by His chosen people in their mutual treatment. Christ lived these principles in His human life. He presented the motives that should govern the lives of His followers in His lessons ... Those who participate in the love of God, by receiving the truth, will give evidence of this by making fervent and self-sacrificing efforts to give the message of God's love to others. That is how they are collaborators with Christ. The love of God and mutual love unites them with Christ through golden links ...



This union makes the heart flow continually with the love of Christ, and then flow again in love towards others. The essential qualities to know God are those that indicate the fullness of Christ's character: His love, His patience, His disinterest. These attributes are cultivated by performing kind actions with a heart full of love.
