Looking Toward a New Horizon
Blessed is the one Who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.

2 - Reflect
Last week I attended, as I do every week, the temple near my home. It was a special occasion for celebration, as we were welcoming a new member to our community, a new brother joining the ranks of Christ.
After the service and a more informal chat, I got to know him better, more personally. I welcomed him, as did all those present, and told him that he should celebrate finding himself on God's path, an uplifting and joyful path.
And this anecdote leads me to meditate on how we, his children, walk God's path. I would like to emphasize the importance of observing the path, not focusing only on our footsteps, because in that way we will be losing the opportunity to have a more global vision of the matter. On the other hand, we must remember that it is very important to keep the necessary perspective that tells us if we are still on God's path as well as the progress we have made, the road we have traveled so far.
God, through His teachings, urges us to follow Him, but also to keep our own view of the path, we must draw our own conclusions guided by the love that God the Father has for us.
