2 - Reflect
By refusing to allow the bitterness to take root in your heart, it will also be unable to invade your physical body. In the same way, the person that uses kind ways to address others, and that tries to have a smile on their face, despite adversity, also attracts people with the same disposition.
On the other hand, if we latch onto a bad mood, and to a derogatory treatment of others, or live life without valuing the small details that can sometimes give us joy, no matter how small, we are causing our hearts to wither, making them resistant to new experiences, moving away from the warmth that we can find in our homes, in our jobs or in the places we frequent.
