Our body is our temple and we must learn to take care of it. Our emotions can affect it if we do not understand how to heal it. When we go through difficult situations or periods of transition and change we usually go through a lot of stress and fatigue. We must rest enough and trust that God will be alongside us step by step. Keeping close to our brothers and our faith can give us clarity when we think that everything is falling apart.
Giving ourselves time to share with others, to pray together, to attend Holy Mass, will be our most valued moments when our priorities change. Learning to cope with discomfort and stressful times is very important. Focusing on God the Father's goodness and being obedient to Him will make us find our correct path. Being open to change, forgiving ourselves for our faults and keeping our hearts open to the Lord. Whatever we are going through has something to teach us and we must have patience. When we close ourselves off or become defensive we remain in the same place, suffering what we have been through, and we do not face the evolution needed in order to advance on our path. Keeping ourselves healthy and dedicated to the grace of God will bring us closer to the place where we want to be.
