2 - Reflect
As we notice daily, the tongue is the motive for disputes, and sometimes the way we express ourselves seems unstoppable. We praise and bless God, but at the same time we use our language to speak evil to our brethren. When this happens, we are subjected to an unconsciousness that does not allow us to see God's image in our neighbors.
The tongue is like a spring; if both sweet and bitter words stem from it equally, there is a lack of cohesiveness in us, and it is because we are not using the word according to God's purpose. And this is an extremely powerful tool. The fruit of what we live also comes from there; from our words, from our thoughts, that stem from us expressing what we are.
