Time to meditate

2 - Reflect
We usually go from one action to another almost automatically, often without questioning what we are doing. How we are choosing our paths and the paths of those who surround us or who depend on our care, can be affected by an aimless wandering if we do not think about what is happening to us. The life rhythm that we impose on ourselves may lacking coherence or a proper action if we do not set out to truly meditate on what we are building in our daily life.

To faithfully expose ourselves to God and to speak with Him regarding what the most appropriate steps are for us to follow, will lead us to be more honest with our choices. If, on the other hand, we remain submerged in a maelstrom that has us reacting like a machine, we will not set aside the time we need in order to truly evaluate what we are doing right or wrong. Fatigue can be an obstacle to that and the more exhausted we are, the less we like the idea of thinking about what is happening to us. Taking active pauses before performing any action will be very important, moreover it will allow us to remember that God will always be there watching what we do. We must not only meet our schedules, but also our obligations as children of God the Father, and we have to assume these responsibilities and respect them.
