Learning and educating

“Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.”
Philipians 4:9

2 - Reflect
It is important in our times to preach by example, since the younger generations will be constantly observing our actions. For them we are role models, and tomorrow they will become adults trained in our council. When our foundations of education are built on the love of our Heavenly Father, whenever we are just and sincere, and also, during hard times where we remain patient, we will be sharing wise lessons with our children.

On the other hand, if we are petty and arrogant, or selfish towards our neighbor and only lend importance to our own path, they will reflect our avaricious and distrustful attitude, which will be difficult to correct in adulthood.

Keep in mind that children follow the examples we offer them: from simple decisions to how they relate to others. If God is in our everyday life, in our daily prayers and in our spirits, they will also adapt to it and abide in its eternal glory. They will have solidarity with their brethren and they will accumulate good times along their journey if they remain God's path. They will be prone to finding peace quickly and not judging others when they make mistakes, because their hearts will be given over to the Lord's will.
