2 - Reflect
Entering into a new experience can often be terrifying. Thinking about a new job, having a different conversation with someone with whom we have argued, taking on a new challenge. We could be offered a scholarship that invites us to move countries, to settle in a place with a new culture and rules. That is when we will have to make a choice: either stay in our comfortable and known place, surrounded by the love of our family and friends, or venture out into the unknown. Knowing that in every corner there will be some kind of novelty and a new way of talking to others, or getting lost in public transport, we will find new ways to walk these new roads as well.
All of this is about gaining confidence, confidence that God the Father will always be there to guide us and keep us upright. If we devote ourselves to His love, we can expect Him to take care of us in this new situation. He will be at our side every time we ask whether to risk it or not, because that is what our life is about, constantly making choices. And if we do it in the way of God the Father, we can take for granted that there will be questions that will give us a valuable lesson.
