2 - Reflect
It is normal that when we are going through something that gives us grief, we may begin to feel hopeless and somewhat reluctant. That can affect our mood, we may be even more combative or annoying, so our brethren will be easy targets for us to unload our frustrations on. We will not have the will to do something for ourselves, much less help others or be supportive of those around us. Everything will focus on us, and how much laziness we experience. When we are in that state of laziness and neglect, nothing will give us the will to get out of bed.
In order to face that, upon waking up, we must consider each day as a new way of venturing out into the unknown, as a new way of learning something different. Also, as a way to meet a new brother or to start a new friendship. Feel inspired to move forward and evolve, to walk the path with God, with His divine teaching. Talking to Our Father about our desires or our future goals will give us the tools we need to face what tomorrow will bring us. Surprising ourselves with every plan that we come up with, for every step we manage to take in the right direction, will give us strength to move forward.
